Keith is Alexander’s managing director. Keith’s career has included both senior leadership and consulting roles. He is an experienced, imaginative and well-connected leader and consultant, specialising in advising clients on strategic change and helping them to develop their organisations. Keith leads Alexander’s work in healthcare and social care. 

 

 

Steve is a lead consultant, teacher and coach. Steve works with his clients to help them transform the leadership, culture and performance of their organisations. Steve is an experienced marketer, particularly in social marketing. He helps clients build deeper customer insight and to make service changes that change customer attitudes and behaviours for better outcomes.
